THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipkirong arap Tirop (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known Nandi/Kilibwoni/29, situate in Nandi County, and whereas in the Cheif Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 30 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Jemaget Tabusombu Tirop, (2) Christina Jepkoske Tirop and (3) Joel Kiptarbei Birech, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue land title deed to said (1) Jemaget Tabusombu Tirop, (2) Christina Jepkoske Tirop and (3) Joel Kiptarbei Birech, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Kipkirong arap Tirop (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
