REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vinpra Holdings LLP, of P.O. Box 89977–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of leasehold interest of all that office space on Mezzanine floor, containing 10,000 Sq. Feet, and erected on Subdivision No. MN/I/21712, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas Guardian Bank Limited has executed a discharge of charge in favour of the Chargors Vinpra Holdings LLP for Kshs. 50,000,000, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of land title deed for CR. 71548 and proceed to register the said instrument of discharge of charge.
