REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alex Tezi Wanje, of P.O. Box 964–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Malindi/Jilore Sosobora/24, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect of the said piece of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
