REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hamisi Juma Bunda (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Tembo Spring/22, situate in the district of Kwale, whereas the Kadhi’s Court of Kenya at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E494 of 2025 has vested the property to Hamisi Bunda Hamisi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued earlier to Hamisi Juma Bunda (deceased) has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
