REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lucy Wanjiku Gachigua (ID/20679843), being the custodian of piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kirinyaga, known as Mwea/Tebere “B”/4994, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
