THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Mugo Njau, of P.O. Box 2395, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality Block 23 (Kingongo)/100, situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
