REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mzee Hamisi Ngutu, as the administrator of the estate of Majuma Njoki Mutura (deceased), of P.O. Box 67, Njoro in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 8276/109, situate in south of Njoro Township in the Nakuru District, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 83174, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of 2304 2304 sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
