APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 as read together with section 9 of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, I Kenneth Makelo Lusaka, the Governor of Bungoma County constitutes and appoints the following persons to be members of an Ad hoc committee to assess and examine the qualifications as per criteria set out in the Urban Areas and Cities Act, for conferment of Webuye Town to Municipality status as per their respective gazetted delineated boundaries effect from the 4th May, 2026.
