PURSUANT to section 12 of the High Court (Organization and Administration) Act, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (J.K.I.A) Magistrates Courts shall be under the Supervisory Jurisdiction of Kibera High Court, with effect from the 4th May, 2026. Dated the 30th Aptil, 2026. MARTHA K. KOOME, Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Kenya. *Gazzete Notice No. 14582 of 2024 is amended accordingly.
