Box 86875– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Ahmad Muhammad Said (minor), formerly known as Ahmad Juma Said, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ahmad Juma Said, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ahmad Muhammad Said, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ahmad Muhammad Said only.
