NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Acts (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to owners and any other person claiming ownership or any other interest whatsoever to collect from our yard at Pangani Auction Centre the goods indicated below, upon payment of all outstanding rents arrears charges, and other incidental costs within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, failure to pay and collect the subject goods before the expiry date of this notice, the said goods shall be sold through public auction or private treaty by Beafect Auctioneers, Gakindu House, 3rd floor, Room No.TF311, Ruiru Town next to Ruiru main Bus stop. P.O. Box 12958–00400, Nairobi. And /or disposed of in any other way without any further notice whatsoever. Assorted wooden wall units, wooden coffee tables, wooden TV stands, wooden beds, mattresses, sofa set seats, metal boxes, assorted Gas cylinders, plastic jerricans, television sets, Assorted beddings, clothing, utensils, table gas cookers and charcoal jikos.
