NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and the owner of the following motor cycles lying at Executive Car World which is located in Kiambu Road next to Maridady Motors opposite Clyde motors to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken. Failure to which the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof.
