IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 6 of the Taita Taveta County Tax Waivers Administration Act, 2014, the County Executive Committee Member responsible for Finance, Economic Planning, with the concurrence of the Governor, waives the payment of the following county fees and charges: Single Business Permit (SBP) fees, Any other attendant county business licences and regulatory fees. in respect of enterprises established or operated by verified beneficiaries of the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) Programme within Taita Taveta County. This waiver shall apply to beneficiaries duly validated through official programme lists and any additional verification mechanisms approved by the County Executive Committee Member responsible for Finance, Economic Planning. The waiver shall be applicable for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of commencement of business operations by each eligible beneficiary. Dated the the 29th April, 2026. ELIJAH M.
