THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Elias Kirimi, of P.O. Box 59800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0283 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi Block 83/504, situate in the county of Nairobi, and whereas in the Environmental and Land Court at Milimani in ELC Case No. 320 of 2011, vide a decree dated the 13th June, 2022 has dismised the suit by John Elias Kirimi as the proprietor of the said piece of land, and whereas all efforts to recover the certificate of lease and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with cancellation of the said certificate of lease issued to John Elias Kirimi.
