GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6506

WHEREAS Abidah Thuguri Nderitu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Laikipia Mutitu Ngoru Block 1/680 (Leshau Pondo), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. 46 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Jane Wangari Mwangi and (2) Juliana Warukira Ndiritu, and whereas the said (1) Jane Wangari Mwangi and (2) Juliana Warukira Ndiritu have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 19 in the name of (1) Jane Wangari Mwangi and (2) Juliana Warukira Ndiritu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Abidah Thuguri Nderitu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
