GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6498

WHEREAS Joseph Omboto Odero alias Omboto Odero (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Kanyawegi/187, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. 108 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Caroline Adongo Oloo, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of Caroline Adongo Oloo, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of Joseph Omboto Odero alias Omboto Odero (deceased) are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of LRA. 39 and LRA. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon 30th April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Joseph Omboto Odero alias Omboto Odero (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
