THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Ndibaru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Nakuru/Kapsita/2383, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru Case No. HCP and A/20/2020 ordered the grant in favour of Joyce Ndumi Ndambuki, has issued grant in favour of Joyce Ndumi Ndambuki, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of David Ndibaru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Joyce Ndumi Ndambuki and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to David Ndibaru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
