REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Stanley Mwangi Gathoni, (2) Francis Ogero Omweri (ID/24987644) and (3) Robert Gichuki Gitonga (ID/25297729), all of P.O. Box 70941–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in Kajiado County, registered under title No. Kajiado/Ntashart/422, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
