THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Salome Wangui Mukuhu (ID/21209603), (2) Silvester Mbugua Kuria (ID/3089741) and (3) AliceWambui Ndung’u (ID/14618670), as the administrators of the estate of John Mumu Ngigi, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.5289 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu North, registered under title No. Ngenda/Ngenda/3271, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
