REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shirlene Akola Khaemba, of P.O. Box 95266–80104, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of Subdivision No. 15357/II/MN, containing 0.0450 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 73499, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
