REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Uasin Gishu Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 23345– 0604, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Foot Print No. 48, erected on a piece of land, known as L.R. No. 2781/3 situate in the north west of Nanyuki Township in the Nanyuki District, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 164835/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
