IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (l) of the Ewaso Ng’iro South River Basin Development Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community, the ASALS and Regional Development appoints— WILLIAM OLOISHURO LARUS to be a Member of the Ewaso Ng’iro South River Basin Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 30th April, 2026.
