IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) of the
Registration of Persons Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and
National Administration—
(a) Appoints Gilbert Benjamin Kitiyo, to be the Principal
Registrar with effect from the 14th January, 2026;

(b) *Revokes the appointment of Christopher K. Wanjau (Dr.) as the Principal Registrar.
