TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2026
By Peter Omolo Mugalizi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mung’asia Ombeva, who died at Chavakali, on 6th January, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2026
By Joseph Abedi Majani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Majan Mareya Mareya alias
Majani Maleya, who died at Tigoi Sub-location, on 2nd January, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
