TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2025
By Esta Ojenge Got, of P.O. Box 70, Mawego in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Got Nguje, who died at Kobuya East, on 3rd April, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E276 OF 2025
By Timothy Otieno Odero, of P.O. Box 210, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles
Ogal Odero, who died at Kagwa Sub-location, on 13th July, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
