CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026 By Francis Kirimi W. Mbae, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ithinji M’Inoti, who died at Igokine Sub- location, on 23rd June, 2009. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026 By (1) Winifred Muthoni Mwangi and (2) Risper Wanjiru Mwangi, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Mutai, who died at Nyando, Kwale, on 28th October, 2025. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026 By (1) Moses Kirimi M’Mwobobia and (2) Susan Ntakira Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwobobia Kirika, who died at Kianyaga, on 10th August, 1971.
