TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
24th April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE
CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2025
By (1) Stephen Muhia Kamau and (2) Daniel Njenga Kamau, both of P.O. Box 1612–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson
Kamau Muhia, who died at Gitiba, on 4th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
