TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2026
By Luke Snerwa Mapesa, of P.O. Box 156, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Wanyangwe Mapesa alias Ibrahim Mapesa, who died at Land Mawe, Nairobi, on 11th March, 1976.
CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2026
By Godfrey Mwandia Abuti, of P.O. Box 21, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul A. O. Nangurison, who died at Lumino Nursing Home, on
11th August, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
