E122 OF 2025 By (1) Rachel Njeri Gachiri, (2) Nixon Njoroge Gachiri and (3) Erick Maina Gachiri, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Gachiri Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026 By (1) Rosemary Wambui Munyiri, (2) Gladys Wanjiru Munyiri and (3) Jane Waithera Munyiri, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seth Njane Munyiri, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2025. E41 OF 2026 By (1) Lemayian Francis ole Kesuka and (2) Stephen Mutunkei Kesuka, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthomi Gichuga, who died at Lower Matasia, on 3rd November, 2024. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026 By Eunice Ndinda Mutisya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutisya Somba, who died at Oloolopon Sub-location, on 5th March, 2026.
