NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 16, Volume B-13, Folio 22790/2480, File 1637, by our client, Said Kipokemoi Juma (guardian), of P.O. Box 86875– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Ahmed Juma Said (minor), formerly known as Ahmed Muhammad Said, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ahmed Muhammad Said, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ahmed Juma Said, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ahmed Juma Said only.
