APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 26, 27 and 28 of the Mental Health Act take notice that this Court in Civil Misc. Application Case No. HCFMISC/E095/2026, appointed (1) Sarah Kavindu Narikae and (2) Jayne Ndunge Mbithi, as guardians and managers of the estate and all affairs of Catherine Mutinda Mbithi, with effect from the 31st March, 2026. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in that respect entered within Fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
