NOTICE is given to all members of Kenya National Union of Breakdown Recovery Commuters and Freight Agency Workers pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, 2007 that a Notice of Change of the Name (Form J in relation to the Union has been received where it is proposed to change the name of the trade union to Kenya Transport and Logistics Workers Union. Any member and the listed trade unions below who have any objection to the proposed amendments/changes to the constitution of the Union are required to submit in writing any such objection within twenty-one (21) days from the date hereof. 24th April, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1.
