THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT

AMENDMENT

NOTICE is given to all members of Kenya National Union of Breakdown Recovery Commuters and Freight Agency Workers pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, 2007 that a Notice of Amendment of the Constitution and Rules (Form I) in relation to the Union has been received. Any member and the listed trade unions below who have any objection to the proposed amendments/changes to the constitution of the Union are required to submit in writing any such objection within twenty-one days (21) days from the date hereof. 1. Transport Workers Union. 2. Kenya Shipping Clearing and Freight Logistic and Warehouse Workers Union 3. Kenya Long Distance Truck Drivers and Allied Workers Union.
