THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hamisi Mwachidzungu Mwinyikai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Ukunda/192, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Msambweni in succession cause No. E212 of 2025, has vested the property to (1) Ramadhan Mohamed Chisinyo, (2) Omari Rashidi Chisinyo and (3) Binthassan Rajabu Madeka and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hamisi Mwachidzungu Mwinyikai (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hamisi Mwachidzungu Mwinyikai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
