WHEREAS (1) Silvance Otieno Nono, (2) William Owino Omolo, (3) Iscar Atieno Oluoch and (4) Jackjohn Odhiambo Owino, are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land, situate in the district of Migori, known as Suna East/Wasweta I/4364, Suna East/Wasweta I/21690 and Suna East/Wasweta I/21691, and whereas in the High Court at Kisumu in succession cause No. 168 of 1997 (formerly High Court of Kisii in succession cause No. 168 of 1997), has issued a decree ordering the revocation of grant and/or annulment of grant dated and filed on the 11th June, 2021, the land title deeds issued to (1) Silvance Otieno Nono, (2) William Owino Omolo, (3) Iscar Atieno Oluoch and (4) Jackjohn Odhiambo Owino for the land parcels Suna East/Wasweta I/4364, Suna East/Wasweta I/21690 and Suna East/Wasweta I/21691, respectively, if not surrendered within thirty (30) days from the gazettement to allow registration of (1) Pamela Akinyi Lago, (2) Amos Onyango Lago and (3) Samson Auma Lago, as the administrators of land parcel No. Suna East/Wasewta I/4364 and Suna East/Wasweta I/4366.
