GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5993

WHEREAS Herman Kidiga Manyulu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Vihiga, known as Kakamega/Buyoga/963, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Vihiga in succession cause No. E365 of 2025, has issued letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Evans Manyuru and (2) Millycent Kavoki and whereas the said (1) Evans Manyuru and (2) Millycent Kavoki have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said parcel of land and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of (1) Evans Manyuru and (2) Millycent Kavoki, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nganga Mbuthia (deceased), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Herman Kidiga Manyulu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
