THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kasuki Nzoo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.11 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kitui, known as Matinyani/Kauma/1393, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. E108 of 2024, has issued letters of administration in favour of Robert Kassuki Ngaile, and whereas the said Robert Kassuki Ngaile has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Kasuki Nzoo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kasuki Nzoo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
