THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Mbugua Githere (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 8.09 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Naivasha, known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/3320, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. E103 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Winnie Njeri Kagiri, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to Winnie Njeri Kagiri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Mbugua Githere (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
