GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5985

WHEREAS Simon Mbogo Muriuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, situate in Mbeere Sub-county, known as Mbeti/Kiamuringa/2142, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E130 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) David Kinyua Muriuki (ID/22463634) and (2) Njeri Irene Munyi (ID/11022988), and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land and whereas the land title deed issued, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R. L. 19 in the names (1) David Kinyua Muriuki (ID/22463634) and (2) Njeri Irene Munyi (ID/11022988) and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Mbogo Muriuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
