THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chrispinus Lwanga Mberesia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kakamega, known as Kakamega/Shikulu/1764, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kakamega in Succession Cause No. E44 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Andrew Mberesia alias Andrea Mbelesia Asilwa and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Chrispinus Lwanga Mberesia (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R. 39 and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Chrispinus Lwanga Mberesia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
