REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dominc Mwendwa Kavuo (ID/11277154), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.11 hectares or thereabout, situate in Mwingi District, registered under title No. Mwingi/Winzyeei/162, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of thereof is lost/destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
