THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Michael Deller and (2) Jane Deller, both of 7 Watton View, West Allington Bridport, Dorset, DT6 5QZ, are registered as proprietors of all that Plot No. 4, erected a piece of land, known as L.R. No. 2250/70, situate in city of Nairobi in the Nairobi area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 98581/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
