THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Emmanuel Wavomba Nakitare and (2) Marsh Pamella Akinyi Wavomba, both of P.O. Box 45129–001100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that a piece of land, known as L.R. No. 330/1206 (Original 330/180/1), situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture of conveyance, registered as Volume N70, Folio 488, File 22567, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the administrators have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
