REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Giiseppe Guidone and (2) Lina Lausonyte, both of P.O. Box 183–80202, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Kilifi County, known as Chembe/Kibabamshe/402/10, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card in respect of the said piece of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new white card card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
