REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kimani Karoki alias Kimani Karoki (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Nairobi Block 113/36, containing 0.0254 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E793 of 2022, joined with E279 of 2022, has issued a grant of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Kenneth Kaunda Kimani, (2) Godfrey Gichimu and (3) Jane Wambui Kimani, all of P.O. Box 26067–00504, Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
