THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mbaruk Khamis Mohamed and (2) Ziredi Mbaruk Mohamed, both of P.O. Box 90377–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as trustees in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 2.36 acres and 10.3 acres or thereabouts, known as L.R. Nos. 3245 and 3243, Kwale, registered as title Nos. C.R. 7341/1 and C.R. 7340/1, respectively, situate in the North of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new provisional certificates of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
