REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Swalehe Abdalla Ngolo, of P.O. Box 88157–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold ownership of all that piece of land, known as Plot No. MN/III/10995-CR 70266, registered under title No. C.F. 44358, situate in the North of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
