THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ahmed Said S. Bajaber and (2) Noor Salim Ahmed, as the administrators of the estate of (1) Abdul Aziz Salim Abubaker and (2) Omar Salim Abubaker, both of P.O. Box 99976– 8010, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 4096/113, situate in Kitui Township in Kitui District, by virtue of a certificate of a grant, registered as I.R. 4211/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
