APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 79 of the Water Act, Regulations 11 (1), 11 (2) (b) and 11 (2) (c) of the Water (Services) Regulations, 2025 and Guidelines 3.4.1 and 3.4.5 of the Corporate Governance Standards for the Water Sector, 2024, made by the Water Services Regulatory Board that I, Abdi Ibrahim Hassan, the Governor Isiolo County, has appointed the following persons as Members of the Board of Directors of the Isiolo Water and Sewerage Company Limited; Guyo Tuke Dabelo — Chairperson, Members: Rashid Guyo Jaldesa, Florence Kainda Nthiga, Ismail Hassan, Mohamud Haro, Chala Ali Huka, Josiah Willie Mulwa, Habiba Galgalo Jirma, Abdullahi Mohamed Bonaya, the appointment of the Chairperson and the Members under 2 (a) to 2 (f) inclusive is valid for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the date of this notice. Meanwhile, the appointment of the Members under 2 (g) and 2 (h) shall be valid for the duration of their holding of the substantive offices of County Chief Officer for Finance and County Chief Officer for Water and Sanitation, respectively.
