NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 34, in Volume B13, Folio 2492/22864, File No. 1637, by our client, Gbaba Hussein Mgandi Kaingu, formerly known as Hussein Mgandi Kaingu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hussein Mgandi Kaingu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gbaba Hussein Mgandi Kaingu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Gbaba Hussein Mgandi Kaingu only.
